1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportsTips (sportstips.com.au) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About SportsTips

SportsTips is an information and analytics service. We use statistical models to identify potential value in sporting event odds. We are not a licensed bookmaker, betting exchange, or financial advice provider. Nothing on this site constitutes a recommendation to place a bet.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• Located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports information services is legal
• Not self-excluded from gambling services via BetStop or any state-based register

By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. No Guarantee of Results

All tips, selections, confidence ratings, edge percentages and model outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Betting involves risk and you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

5. Free and Premium Accounts

Free accounts have access to limited selections as described on the site. Premium subscriptions unlock full model detail, odds, confidence ratings and historical results.

Premium access is granted upon successful payment via Stripe or PayPal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Subscriptions may be recurring — you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at each renewal
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service (immediate access to digital information), refunds are not provided once a subscription period has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy or redistribute tip data from the site
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the model or underlying data
• Use automated tools to access the site without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SportsTips including model outputs, tip data, analysis and site design is owned by SportsTips and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsTips and its operators are not liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from use of or reliance on information provided on this site. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
